You can return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable). Items must be in a new and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.
After your item is revived by EliteTek, it will be inspected. If the item is returned in new and unused condition with the packaging slip and within 30 days of delivery, you will be issued a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable in the original payment method, minus shipping charges within four weeks of shipping your package to us.
Items that have been used or are past the 30 day return period may not be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If the carton arrived damaged, please contact EliteTek at (858) 348-5016. If a damaged item is returned, we will ship an undamaged item at no additional shipping cost.
If the product(s) arrived in nonworking order, please contact EliteTek at (858) 348-5016.
